my secret GRAVY recipe. (sa mga interested)
kesa bumili kayo ng pre mixed na gravy eto mas malupit at mas matipid
you need
Flour Water 2 Beef Broth Cubes Butter
What you do:
- Melt nyo muna yung butter. Mga atlest 1/8 nung buong block
- Then add flour. usually two spoons lang muna.
- Paghaluin hanggang maging parang buo buo na sya
- Then add water. start of with a cup
- lusawin ung mga buo buo sa water.
- add the broth cubes.
- haluin ng haluin, then tikman nyo na.
- kung masyadong maalat, dagdag tubig and flour lng. kung masyadong malabnaw, dagdag flour ulit.
PRESTO
may sawsawan ka na sa balat ng manok mo! hindi pa mahal...

EASY VEGAN DAHL
latest fave recipe, yum yum
1 cup dried green lentils or mongo, patani, kidney beans 1 medium patatas Olive oil or coconut oil 1 hot pepper 1 onion 4 cloves garlic 1 block tofu (optional) 1 garbanzo cooked (or canned) and drained ¼ to ½ cup curry powder(use indian curry powder, meron nito sa may indian food store sa UN) salt and pepper to taste
first, soak the lentils(beans) for 15 minutes then drain igisa ung sibuyas, garlic, pepper, patatas, garbazo at curry. pag malambot na ung patats ilagay ung beans, at iserve na. okay din syang lagyan ng gata.serve with Chapati!!! yum yum

miki(fresh dapat) kalahating kilo pork 1/4 or chicken repolyo half pechay isang bundle sibuyas(madami,chopped) bawang toyo paminta chicharon bagnet or lechon kawali itlog mga 4 knorr pork or chicken cubes
procedure: 1.igisa ang pork,tas bawang then sibuyas 2.ilagay ang repolyo at pechay 3.lagyan ng toyo then tubig mga 4 cups or 5,ilagay na din paminta 4.pakuluan 5.pag kumukulo na,ilagay yung miki(pancit din yan) 6.habang niluluto yung miki,kapag malapit na maluto ilagay yung itlog.yung style na parang babasagin sa may side.hehehe. ilagay na din yung cubes at this point. 7.serve hot with chopped sibuyas on the side,sili na nasa suka(artem tawag sa amin) at may toppings na bagnet o lechon kawali(sometimes igado) at chicharon 8.chow na!di bagay nga pala na malamig yung pansit,mas ok sya na mainit!oooh yeah!

saute lng ng minced garlic+onion+sili(optional) then follow up ng mashed black beans and dried seaweeds and after nia maabsorb ung flavoring add tomato paste nman plenty enough to make sure na black beans pdn ang bida/main ingredient tpos leave mo muna cla for like 5 min. palamigin muna bago timplahan ng sugar and salt kasi may tendency na maging sticky pag tinimplahan sa direct heat. konti nlang sa salt dahil sa black beans, importante nlang magtagpo ang tomato paste and sugar dahil kung hinde yakines ang result hehe then add plenty of vinegar for tartness. kung gus2 mo mejo classy ang aroma use sesame oil
