| i just wanna share this...
i just watched Bizarre Foods at Travel and Adventure Channel yesterday and it's all about bizarre foods from Taiwan... of course tofu ang na-feature dito (sana tugma tong pinopost ko sa thread natin)... pero hindi to basta basta tokwa to... it's a stinky tofu!!!
one restaurent in Taipei serves a kind of stinky tofu where it soaked in fermented vegetable oil or juice or whatever it is... and guess what's the color of that juice? kulay KANAL!!!
and the host of the show (who eat lots of food for this show lol) didn't take it... sa sobrang baho at malabulok na bugok na itlog na lasa ay wala pa sa 1/5 i think ng inihanda saknya ang hindi nya naubos... dagdag pa ung Century egg na parang beklog na sa tagal nang hindi nililinis napuno na ng libag ang kulay LOL | |
