i love grindcore and i am not referring to chug-based death metally shit passed off as grind. i mean fast, aggressive, in your face grind. stuff like systral, discordance axis, phobia, catheter, brutal truth, insect warfare and the like. anybody care to recommend more grind bands within that vein? oh yes, also, general grindcore discussion here.

the only grindcore band ive really heard of is Magrudergrind, Paraconflict at Noise Conspiracy Project (i like this dudes.) baka meron pa kaso di ko lang alam kung grind sila.
