| Natuwa ako sa goal na nakuha ng South Korea before half time. Para naman hindi maging masyadong biased ang announcer sa Argentina. With the way Korea is playing... they should be happy if they end the match tied with Argentina. | |

| I think Ivory Coast made a conspiracy against Kaka. Why... was it because he was involved in two of team Brazil's goals???
Cameras don't lie. It was clear that Ivory Coast's Kader Keita ran into Kaka in back play before throwing himself to the floor, (a good acting stint???) This led to the French referee Lannoy giving Kaka a second yellow card, sending Brazil's star player off and unable to play in Brazil's final group match. I think it was a bad call.
The accountability of referees for bad calls should be put in the spotlight.

I think I now realize my favorite grouping of this world cup: group G.
And as I have already said... it will be very much a "Thank God it's Friday" for me this 25th as I can no longer wait to watch Portugal vs. Brazil match. ...witch makes me now really regret that bad call made against Kaka.
Hindi na ba pwede bawiin iyon???
Sayang naman kung hindi magtatapat si Kaka at Ronaldo sa susunod na match...

| Perhaps a Group's final match that will be talked about a lot in the news and in history: France vs. South Africa.
The French back home are outraged and ashamed of their team.
South Africans, on the other hand, of various religions and cults, have made text brigades asking to pray for miracle that Bafana Bafana won't be the first World Cup host team to be knocked out in the group stage.
"Charge the Bastille!" South African paper headlines say.

| Incredible upsets in the final matches of the group stage! At least one of the teams with world ranking less than 10 will make it to the semifinals. I'm glad 2 Asian teams made it to the knock out stage. I'm glad USA made it to the knock out stage. I'm fascinated by Italy, the defending champion's surprising early exit. I'm now wondering if Spain will "follow suit". That would be even more unexpected.... Another sleepless night for me tonight! | |

| It's good when the 2 playing teams in a match speak the same language, (as Brazil's official language is Portuguese, since it used to be a colony of Portugal). You get to see the players argue often with their opponents. | |

| At first I just thought... this is gonna be one of the hottest games of the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
But it turns out... it will become one of the most controversial as well.
England should have tied with Germany by the 40th minute.
I guess the refs could not see what the cameras caught.
Hindi tulad ng ibang "modernized" sports, like the NBA, where decisions could be made by referring to the cameras.
The first half ended with boooos from the English supporters.

| Wow! 4-1.
England's top football stars of the present... buried by Germany's young players.
So is it time for England to also replace its veteran players in 2014?
Will this be Terry, Lampard, And Gerrard's last play in the next world cup? That will be to find out.
But as for now, with team England terribly embarrassed, Germany has emerged as a clear, and now without question, a "live contender" for the world cup.

| Officiating is Fucked! Now Mexico is on the verge of losing. Although the 2nd goal was clearly a goal, we can't argue the fact that the 1st OFFSIDE goal shifted the balance for Mexico. And the reluctance of FIFA to use replays will just haunt them in the future. | |

People in America are suggesting already like American Football for coaches to have 2 challenges at least. Coaches can challenge a call and be reviewed, then will suffer consequences like loss of possession of a free kick if the challenge was asked but the call stands. pero ayaw ng FIFA gumamit ng "technology" so wala din. Man, i'm enjoying the world cup as a new soccer fan pero nakakainis kung laging nami-miss yung napaka obvious naman, at walang magawa yung mga agrabyado dahil ayaw ng FIFA gumamit ng replay, na wala namang problema kung gagamit sila.
