kaya ko nasabing trivia kasi sobrang bad trip lahat kame ng tour na yun sa treatment ng almighty wolpgang sa mga bands na ultimo mindrape nagkakapikunan na. wala ng nakakatawang jokes. pag bumanat, iritable na ang mababanatan.. hehe.. they promised na last gig na nila yun. ever. and they resurfaced some 4 years later to record their long-awaited full length and suddenly mindrape was no more...

sayang. a really, really great band. at least they left a dent on the scene before they split.

I think one of the cool things about hardcore is that there isn't that huge seperation between the bands and the crowd.
Theres no five metre barrier between the stage, everyone is jumping on the singer grabbing the mic, stage diving and just having fun.
After the show band members are either watching other bands play or chilling selling merch. Everyone is equal (except for the ~tough guys~)
No need to get autographs cause im sure most band members would be keen to hang out with anyone.

yeah bro. i really love a good hc punk show lalo na sa cramped spaces, where hindi elevated ang "stage" and you could really interact with the band/vice versa..

the one I gave to my dear friend.. he said he'd love to show it to his son someday and say his ninong was in the band. he says it'd make him cool for his son. I think it depends on how really see yourself signing the cd. Will it make you proud or less proud to sign?

To tell you the truth, i never listened to Wolpgang. I know the titles but never really heard any of thier songs. Plus ngayon lang ako napasama sa scene. As in mga 1 to 2 years ago lang. So batang-bata pa talaga. 1998? Grade 4 pa lang ako nun at tuwang tuwa na ako pag nakakarinig ng Backstreet Boys na kanta. Haha. Nakakahiya pero totoo.

it shows the person's enthusiasm/support for the band, and the artist who signs it with out the attitude is a gesture of his appreciation.
though signing and shrugging off the fan is a different thing.
its a way to bridge divisions between artist and listener/fan.
